Lately when I bench I have felt a sore popping pain in my left elbow. I feel it only when I do press movements, not flys. I also feel it when doing tricep pressdowns if I have already done my chest workout. What do I do?

I would take a week or so off and go light. Do not do any exercises that hurt it until you feel you are 100 percent. If all else fails and you do not see your elbow healing, see a doctor.
