Default Football shoulder injury

I tried to tackle a friend and he ripped free of my right arm and i tried to catch myself with my left and it screwed up my shoulder. My buddy called it a "stinger" but it wont go away, and i can't work chest, shoulder, back, or triceps because of it.

What do i do?

Stinger's are common football injuries involving your nerves. I would shut it down for a few days and allow it to heal. Evaluate yourself in a few days and if you are not better, either take a few more days off or see a doctor.
