I have been lifting for 3 years and 5 days a week of heavy lifting. Ive gotten bigger, been eating clean and alot. and little bit of fat around stomach i want to get rid of. I have never done any kind of cardio. I do not wish to sacrifice any of my hard earned muscle but I would like to lose my gut and improve my heart health. Will adding cardio still allow me to bulk and gain weight?
What kinda cardio should i do? what kinda intensity?
